Services
Haircutting and Colouring
Whatever style or colour you desire, Lily Jackson Hair & Makeup will make it work for you. Carrying only leading brands of colour, we cater for all clients including those with chemical sensitivities.
Hair Extensions
Hair extensions can look very artificial if the hair is not of the highest quality, the extensions only come in pre-formed strands of one thickness, or the hair is not human or not of the same cultural origin as the model.
We only use the highest quality hair extensions that come in skeins so that we can adjust the size and weight of each extension to suit the placement on the head. This quality means they are a greater investment than many other types of extentions but you will achieve a look that is amazingly natural, beautiful, last’s for an extended amount of time with the right care and keeps your natural hair healthy!
Hair Straightening
We offer permanent and temporary hair straightening – often clients have both types as the temporary straightening doubles as the perfect treatment to have in between their permanent straightenings. Both straightening methods are thermal treatments where product is applied to the hair strand and then ironed and blowdried in over several phases.
People who battle with curly or coarse or wavy hair are amazed at how their lives are transformed and simplified by these treatments: with the right care, hair stays healthy, becomes more manageable, and blow dry frequency and times are greatly reduced.

Makeup

Our makeup artists are professionally trained and certified and only use the highest quality products. Whether it’s for a corporate function, a cocktail party, a photoshoot that requires special makeup treatment or a romantic night out with someone special, we can create a flawless, beautiful, long lasting look that will have you feeling on cloud nine.
Weddings
Weddings are a favourite at lily jackson hair & makeup – we look after many bridal parties every year, creating unique looks that brings out your natural beauty and complements your dress.
A favourite place for brides and bridal parties, our salon is often booked out for this special day where beauty and glamour abound. We can also travel to you*, so please call and speak to our wedding co-ordinator about your requirements.
Private Training in Personal Grooming
We provide private training in makeup and certain aspects of hair care (blowdrying and simple updo’s for example). Training is provided one-on-one or group situation, depending on your requirements. Please call us for further information.
Becoming a Client
The team at Lily Jackson has a regular client base but we’re always looking to share the love with new clients. So if you’re looking to come in have a chat to our salon manager who will have a quick chat about your needs and recommend you to a stylist. Due to high demand, you may wish to plan ahead a little for your appointment as late nights and weekends can often be booked in advance. We like to allow extra time for new clients for a complete consultation to ensure we understand your needs and wishes.
